RJ joined GS2 in September 2024 and has helped us to expand out into a new sector as our Head of Practice - Energy. After studing Pharacology at Kingston University RJ moved into recruitment and brings with him over 15 years of recruitment experience and a wealth of knowledge from specialising in the renewable energy industry.

Quoted as being very competetive, RJ is not a fan of losing and has a passion for sports, playing football (another Arsenal fan), cricket, tennis, badminton and enjoys weight lifting.

Not only can RJ play a multitude of sports but he has met the Queen and appeared on TV more than once. He's also a big dog lover, with his dog, Loki being one of his big loves and a major perk of wfh.
