We’re looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a leading renewable energy developer. Based in Italy, you’ll oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of photovoltaic (PV) projects, ensuring compliance with technical, financial, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities for the Construction Project Manager:

• Develop project strategies and schedules, balancing budgets, technical requirements, and regulatory compliance.

• Select and manage suppliers and subcontractors in collaboration with procurement teams.

• Supervise construction processes, ensuring quality, safety, and timeline adherence.

• Collaborate with local DSOs to connect PV farms to the grid.

• Monitor budgets, address unforeseen expenses, and maintain regular communication with stakeholders.

• Ensure all projects comply with local, regional, and national regulations.

 
The ideal Construction Project Manager will:

• Have 5+ years of project management experience in the solar renewables sector.

• Be familiar with EPC processes and investment projects.

• Have experience working with international teams and local DSOs.

• Be fluent in English and possess excellent organizational skills.
